Course Description

Summer days bring opportunities to lay in the sun, participate in outdoor activities, and attend or engage in sporting events. But sometimes, too much activity in very hot or humid weather can have adverse effects: excessive thirst, weakness, dizziness, upset stomach, temporary loss of vision or sound, or extreme tiredness.

Essential Oils that can support the body in this state include:

• Basil (energizing and stimulates central nervous system).

• Peppermint (cools body temperature quickly and increases alertness).

• Digestive Blend (assists with stomach upset).

DIRECTIONS

Place a drop of Basil at the base of the neck and rub down the spine to stimulate the nervous system.

Place a drop of Peppermint on the bottoms of feet, back of the neck, and on pulse points to cool body temperature quickly.

If experiencing stomach discomfort, place one drop of the Digestive Blend in a glass of water and drink. Continue to hydrate well by drinking plenty of water.

QUESTION – HAVE YOU EVER SUFFERED ILL EFFECTS FROM TOO MUCH HEAT OR SUN?
