Course Description

There are many ways to add Essential Oils into your cooking, whether it’s during grilling season or your everyday meal schedules and recipes.

Remember that when using Essential Oils in place of dried or ground herbs and spices, LESS IS MORE: generally, one drop of Essential Oil equals one teaspoon of ground or dried herbs, so starting with a toothpick swirl and building from there is important, especially when dealing with some of the more potent Essential Oils, like Oregano.

A little experimenting here and there can result in new favorite recipes that you will want to share with family and friends.

Happy Grilling!
